Some months ago, at Massari Travel, we decided that we would have found a different way to get in touch with our travel agents.

A more friendly, authentic, real way to create a real and possibly long lasting, business and human relationship.

Fam trips, educ tours, site inspections, video calls, incentives… all of this have been experienced and done not only by us but also by our esteemed colleagues and, though vey nice and effective, we felt we needed something different…something new, something good both for the soul and for the body.

And a simple idea started shaping up: we would have gone to LA, rent a nice place and invite them for dinner or lunch, but not with the support of a great, Michelin chef, that we could have found easily in many of our preferred partners and hotels, but cooked by us, Barbara and Sabrina, with ingredients coming directly from Italy.

Casa Italia, was then born from our will to be with you in a friendly way and it was a blast!

In 2 days Barbara and Sabrina cooked for 33 agents and had to regrettably turn down many more requests, since there was no possible time or space to do more.

Melanzane alla Parmigiana, Pasta with Pesto alla Genovese, Orecchiette coming from Puglia served with Puglia Cheese and Olive oil coming from www.galantino.it, made the food really tasting like being cooked in  Italy and the result showed in the smiling faces of our agents coming from all over California and in their comments

But, being Italians, we felt that the more the merrier and we decided to share the idea with two great partners of ours : PATRIA PALACE 5 STARS HOTEL, the newest luxury hotel in  the baroque heart of Lecce, and CANTINA SEMONTE, one of the newest and most advanced cellar in Umbria, where Massari’s clients go to have great wine tastings or dinners and lunches with great wine pairings.

In this way the wine and the food and the commercial offer we presented was certainly more complete and more interesting to all our guests and the market answer to this has been so successful that other agents, form other destinations are asking us to do the same in Florida, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Texas.
